  • 1. BAND SAW SAFETY
  • 2. SPECIFIC PURPOSE • A very versatile cutting machine used for cutting CURVES, CIRCLES, and IRREGULAR SHAPES.
  • 3. SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES 1. Adjust the upper guide/guard assembly so it is ¼" above the stock. 2. Always keep your fingers at least 2" from the SIDE of the blade and NEVER IN FRONT of the blade. 3. Use a PUSH STICK (Not your Fingers) to push material CLOSE to the blade and clear scraps off the table.
  • 4. USEFULL TIPS 1. Make several RELIEF CUTS when cutting sharp curves to avoid twisting the blade. 2. Cut on the WASTE SIDE of your layout line.
