  • 9. 2. Engagement -How engaged is the user?-How hard could you poke them before they leave?-How long does their engagement peak for?
  • 10. 3. What would happen if you shut your product down today?
  • 11. So how do you get yourcustomers to engage?
  • 12. 1. Is it the product/ market?-Sometimes bad ideas are just that, bad ideas? -Pivoting around the idea-Correctly understanding user feedback
