Registrationfor all team members!« In the Star&Co Village« Know your start number« Show your photo ID and your yearly triathlon license or buy a day license« Check your data« You will receive your athlete’s wristband (2 bracelets the cyclist to allow access to the Bike Park)« Pick up your Starter pack« Every team member has to sign the waiver at registration

  • 13. Options during Registration« If youre doing two disciplines let us know and you will get a BIKE/RUN transition bag during registration« you can buy extra tickets for the Energy Party at the Info Booth (20€).« Energy Party is included only in the price of 111 entry fee.

  • 17. Check In InfoSaturday« Check in on Saturday is mandatory for all cyclists!« You must check in your bike. Non-checked material can not be used in the Race« Check-in closes at 18:00!
  • 18. Preparations for Check InSaturday« Put the 3 small stickers on your helmet (in front an on both sides)« Put the remaining sticker on your bike

Check In ProcessSaturday« Bring your Bike« Come to the Bike Park Entrance« With your helmet on your head, chinstrap closed« Brakes and helmet will be checked« Rack your bike (you can have your shoes clipped on your bike – nothing else!)« You get your timing chip« Do not bring your STREETWEAR bag
  • 20. Check In Schedule« CHECK IN Saturday 15 – 18h BIKE | HELMET« CHECK IN Sunday morning 5h15 – 6h45: STREETWEAR BAG (every team member) You can deposit your streetwear bag in the relaxing Zone area, right next to the bike park. Drop off hours: 6:00 – 6:45 (for 55.5, 6:00 – 7:15).

  • 25. Before the race« Have a good breakfast« Bring along the things you need for the swim« Don‘t forget your STREETWEAR bags« Don‘t forget to give the timing chip to your swimmer
  • 26. Sunday morningBike Park is open 05:15 – 06:45for the cyclist « Pump your tyres « Toilets in the Bike Park « You must exit the Bike Park at 06:45 « Do not leave anything on the ground in the Bike Park

Before Startfor the swimmer« Hand in your STREETWEAR bag (6:00 – 6:45, for 55.5: 6:00 – 7:15)« Go to the Start Area wearing your Swimcap« Place yourself in the Start section according to your swim level (Pros in first line)« Warmup in front of the start. End: 06:45« Race briefing at start for 55.5 at 7:15« Sandals / Shoes are not allowed in the Start Area
  • 28. Before your splitFor cyclist and runner« Hand in your STREETWEAR bag« Go to the Relay Area after the Transition/Bikepark and wait for your companion to arrive

  • 34. Bike ATTENTION« Over 200 marshals will take care of your security however, streets will not be closed for traffic!« You have to respect the Austrian traffic law at all times!!!!!« You must not cut corners!!

  • 39. Transition 2 Bike à Run« Dismount your bike before entering the Bike Park« Push your bike to an empty rack and park it« Pass the timing chip to the runner in the Relay Area« RUNNER follow the course in the Transition area and start the Run

  • 42. Your Team got a penalty?« Go to the Penalty Box and wait until the end of your penalty (countdown starts once you stop arguing with referees)« The Penalty Box is located in the Transition Area« After the penalty: Pass the timing chip to the Runner in the Relay area

  • 49. Check Out Processcyclist only« You need your Start Number + Athletes Wristband to check out« Pickup your Transition Bags first« Then get your Bike (racked in order of arrival!)« When leaving the Park, hand back your timing chip« No Chip = No Bike!
  • 50. Award Ceremony« At 15:30« At the Star&Co Expo area« Awards for the top 3 in each age group and top 5 overall« Celebrate your success with family and friends
  • 51. Rules & Regulations•  FOR A SAFE & FAIR RACE
  • 52. General RulesIt is forbidden to:« Cut or fold your start number« Get help from third parties« Get race provisions outside of the official Energy Stations
  • 53. SWIM Rules« It is mandatory to swim without your race number« The wetsuit can only be taken off completely in the transition area
  • 54. BIKE rules« Drafting is forbidden« The helmet must be worn at all times with the chinstrap closed« The race number must be visibly worn on your lower back« Respect the rules of the road« Keep on the right and Do not cut corners« Escorting (car, motobike, bike, ...) and assistance is forbidden
  • 55. No Drafting« The distance between two athletes (Drafting zone) is 10x3m (front tyre to back tyre)« If you enter in this zone, you will receive a black card« You are responsible for going to the penalty box upon your return to the Transition Area« If you do not go to the prison you are disqualified
  • 56. Penalties / Cards = 10 min time penalty in penalty box = 2 or more black = disqualification = 2 or more yellow card = disqualification (yellow card = warning) = disqualification
  • 57. RUN rules« Wear the race number visibly on your front« If you use a start number belt, wear it on your waistline« You must not run topless« Escorting (bike, roller, runner, ...) and assistance is forbidden
  • 58. General RuleA referees decision shall be final.Or:Protests must be handed in before 14h45 to an official race referee with the provided form together with the protest fee of € 50.
  • 59. What if...•  QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
  • 60. If...« You lose your timing chip, get a new one at the penalty tent in the transition area« You have to give up, let a referee know you give up. Your family might ask us at the Info point – you are obliged to tell us what happened «  Also let us know if you return to the race area or if you‘ll be back at your hotel
