    2. Set A – The Basics
      • 1. Jill completed 81 math problems in 9 minutes. How many problems can she do in just one minute?
      • 2. Alex built a tower of blocks 45centimeters high. Each block in the tower is 5 centimeters tall. How many blocks were used to build the tower?
      • 3. Megan is sewing 8 shirts. She needs 72 buttons to complete them all. How many buttons does each dress get?
      • 4. There are 7 soft drink machines at the plaza. They hold 49 cases of soda altogether. How many cases does each machine hold?
      • 5. Maddi’s dresser contains 40 pairs of socks. Each drawer has 5 pairs of socks. How many drawers does the dresser have?
    3. Set B – More of the basics
      • Joe earned $24 last month mowing lawns. Joe charges $4 for every lawn. How many lawns did Joe mow last month?
      • Carver made 100 book marks for charity. He sold all of them and raised $65 How much did Carver charge for each bookmark?
      • Jo volunteers at the library. She always works a total of 2 hours each time he goes. Last week she worked 6 hours. How many days last week did she volunteer at the library?
      • Jill got 27 different responses to her blog post. People responded from nine different countries. It was the same amount of people from each country. How many people in each country responded to Jill’s blog post ?
    4. Set C – A bit more difficult
      • There are 91 students in the school band. The band instructor wants to have 7 equal rows of students on stage at their performance. How many band students will be in each row?
      • The science fair had 180 displays. There were 12 displays in each row. How many rows of displays were at the science fair?
      • Melissa has 216 flowers. She wants to make vases with 6 flowers each for Chinese New Year. How many vases will she need?
    5. Set D – Even more difficult
      • If you can buy 6 games for $70, how much would it cost for 5 games?
      • Plants are sold in trays of 20. If David wants 240 plants, how many trays does he need to buy?
      • A box of 4 balls costs $2.96. How much does each ball cost?
      • At the year five show they sold robin hood hats for 8 dollars. They made 520 dollars. How many hats did they sell?
      • A packet of cat food contains 1.5 kg of food. If Claire feeds her cat 30g of cat food per day, how many days the food last?
