Release c. Repeat 1-3 times d. Light headedness = STOP 2 – MUSCLES a. Stand up b. Tighten all of your muscles – as hard as you can c. Hold tight and count 1,2,3,4… d. Release e. Take a breath f. Repeat 2-5 times 3 – ARM a. Lock fingers b. Stretch out arms and tighten c. Raise and lower and feel different muscles pull d. Great for cracking crazy bone = releases pain quickly e.
