  • 2. What does drowning look like?  Irritability  Actually snapping  Being overwhelmed  Silence
  • 3. What is too much?  Not enough sleep  Join all the CAT teams  Feeling stressed  Pointers to you not doing well
  • 4. How do you do all the things?  Nothing novel  Self-care  Multi-tasking  Time-management  Sleeping enough for you  Learn how to Fail and learn.
  • 5. Multitasking  Find some resources (people, books, web)  Test what you can do together well  If you fail at one part split it back out.  Examples:  Meeting and class note taking  Socialization/tasks/group work  Dishes and a tv show
  • 6. So how do I swim?  Do what makes sense for you!!!  Find a few mentors who  You admire for their skills  You can relate to  Have enough brain to work with you 
