  • This definitely grabs your audience’s attention. Considering moving your first name to the second line so that they both fit on one line.
  • I would title this slide “Affordable Care Act” so then your first bullet can be “Passed on March 23, 2010.” Remember the rule of 6 (aim for a maximum of 6 bullets per slide and a max of 6 words per bullet point). Pt 2. – “Increase in medical insurance coverage” with a sub bullet of “32 million people”
  • Good.
  • Good, except you don’t need to make these complete sentences. You want the audience to focus on your voice, not the words on the slides. For example, write “Improved quality of care” instead of “The quality of care will improve”
  • “Counter-arguments” may not be appropriate for a general audience. Try something more catchy like “But What About Doctors?” and then when you respond, just add a contrast word like “However” or “But” and then you could emphasize it with bold or underline.
  • This is a great start. Some of the slides need cleaned up a bit, but overall, I like it.
