What is ADAPT?
ADAPT is the useful model
for discussing the change
proposed by Mike Cohn.
ADAPT is the acronym of
  Awareness
  Desire
  Ability
  Promotion
  Transfer
Waking up to the fact that
Awareness
            past ways are no longer working.

            Having the desire to make the change
Desire      with Agile/Scrum
            for overcoming the present problems.

Ability     The Ability to be agile.


            Promoting Agile/Scrum
Promotion
            to other development units.

            Transfering Agile/Scrum
Transfer
            to other non-development units.
How is it useful?
We can discuss the change
 with these 3 levels :
 individuals, teams, and organizations.

                Awareness   Desire   Ability   Promotion     Transfer

                                                  where we are.

organizations      ○
When we need to change,
we should start from awareness
at first.
(We need to know why we should change.)
