Digital and InteractiveTelevision is very flexible in which the target group could use it and benefit from itscapabilities and it fits most kinds of the learnersCostIn the past, it is called interactive TV because the consumers had no options tosubscribe in some channels and no options to save some clips in TV by USB so, itwasn’t very expensive. However, now, it is called Digital and Interactive TV becauseit has various options in digital to make use of the implementations of latesttechnology such as subscription or using USB therefore, it is very expensive. Inaddition, it depends on the size of classroom and number of students to determine iflearners need one TV each one or one TV for a group of students. One more thing, ifthis technology costs a lot, there should be appropriate alternatives such as usingsome offered DE technologies like Windows Live Meeting.Teaching and LearningIt requires auditory and visual learning and they fit Distance Learning. Furthermore,television has replaced its technology from analog to digital leading to a digital-interactive. The best technologies for supporting teaching and learning in thisenvironment are Broadcasting, internet, microphone, and cameras. In addition,

Also, it is easy to use and learn DIT because it fits mostof the educational levelsOrganizational IssuesOrganization and Institution requires Photographs, 2 D or 3 D graphics, animationswith audio visual stimulators and satellites to provide stability and support. Thebarriers to using this technology successfully within the institution are lack of theinstructional equipment and weakness of Infrastructure. Moreover, Organization mustrenew the devices and follow the latest innovations in broadcasting to come up withthe development of digital-interactive television.NoveltyNaturally, the new in this technology is that there are improving data processingrates; the capacities of computers, plus software have distinguished DIT appearanceinto every aspect of life as well as in broadcasting. Its technical capabilities are Betterquality audio and video broadcast, more channels and higher capacity, capability tocorrect data errors which may happen during broadcast, decrease in generation lossdue to data copying, compatible and cooperative with other transmittingenvironments like the Internet, easy access to audio and video data, editing andarchiving, and provision of mutual data transfer or briefly interactivity.SpeedThe content of the courses could be combined to DIT quickly and it distributes thecourses in short period by utilizing the capabilities of DIT.
