• Every individual has been provided with natural gifts and talents. Tapping into that is the first step to live a life of abundance and fulfillment.Talent & Gifts do not diminish when you share. It always expands and increases. You need to live a life of abundance and fulfillment to start doing great things. Only if we do great things we are living the essence of Namaste.
  • Change is achieved only by bending and adapting. Success comes through humility. A seed sowed in a fertile soil makes way to the top by bending and adapting to the soil it was sowed.
  • To inspire, first one should realize he is the master of his life. Others will get inspiration by meeting us only if we take control of our destiny and make sure we do the right thing to achieve greatness. Only if greatness is achieved we will breathe life into others that meet us.
  • Before we start coaching others, we need to be master in what we set out to learn. Mastering a skill is life long journey. The more we share our knowledge with others, our knowledge will grow more. We need to get closer to our destination to start coaching others.
  • This means total commitment. If one needs to accomplish great things, one need to jump in whole heartedly. When we act as if it is impossible to fail, unseen forces come to our aid and we will develop an “Ollin” heart.

    2. 2. Ghenshai
You should never treat a person in a manner that would make them small including yourself.
3. 3. Pathfinder
Pathfinder emerges from the word leader.
This word has indo-European origin where “Lea” means “path” and “der” means finder. So leader essentially means pathfinder.
Leaders read the sign and clues, they show the way.
4. 4. Namaste
I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides; I honor the place in you, of light, love, truth, peace and wisdom.
5. 5. Passion
Pure and willing suffering to attain a goal.
Great things are achieved only through passion followed by action. There may be lots of starters but only passionate people reach their target.
6. 6. Sapere Vedere
Knowing how to see
Start a journey only if you can see the way till the end clearly. Clarity empowers. Creating a clear image of an end result empowers its achievement
7. 7. Humility
Humility and Success are related. Humility came from Latin word Humus - means fertile soil. In Latin Succeder means to come up through. The middle word "cede" comes from the word seed. This means, when you sow a seed (what you want to be) in humus (humility) (fertile soil) success comes through.
8. 8. Inspire
Breathe life into one whom you meet.
9. 9. Empathy
Walk the path of another.
To have empathy one needs to actively listen and observe. Only when we open for others to pour into, we will be able to empathize and walk the path of another.
10. 10. Coach
Carry a person from where he is to where he intends to go.
