  • 5. 5 ConformityConformity Lack of independence in judgment. Excessive attachment to rules and norms. Obsessed with socially acceptable behaviour.
  • 6. 6 Fear of failure and humiliationFear of failure and humiliation Avoiding situations where you are likely to be compared to others especially if such situations or events are of a competitive nature. Tendency to stick to safe options.
  • 7. 7 Inability to express oneself. Fear of uniqueness. Frail self esteem.
  • 8. 8 Resource myopiaResource myopia Short sightedness about ones own resources, competencies etc. Self doubt.
  • 9. 9 Rigidity in thought speech andRigidity in thought speech and actionaction Lack of flexibility in attitude, opinion, reasoning, behaviour etc. Blind adherence to certain beliefs and notions. Believing that everything or every individual has a specific role.
  • 10. 10 Looking at life through a formula approach. Resisting any changes. Uncomfortable with new ideas and ways of behaviour.
  • 11. 11 Underdeveloped sensitivitiesUnderdeveloped sensitivities Insensitivity or low sensitivity to environment, people, things, phenomena. Lack of Wider perspective. Giving a lot of importance to being precise and sticking to facts.
  • 12. 12 No meaningful hobbies and interests. Poor interests in the arts, poetry, nature, mysteries, aesthetic aspects etc. Lack of quality reading. No dreams or vision.
