    Clear calendar/schedule for given period of time at a set time during the day NOW

    Find a personal trainer that can help you get a workout pan that is customized to helping you obtain your goals

    The most important thing about a workout is
    The fact that it is a workout plan you WILL stick
    with and not quit on. Not every plan works for
    Everybody..remember that!

    Take pictures of yourself
    Record measurements of yourself
    You will be the LAST person to notice a difference..TRUST ME

    The journey will start off easy and exciting
    Then it will become challenging

    Here is where most people quit..NOT YOU!
    You must continue to push yourself through the discomfort
    You will find results if you stick to your plan

    Once finished with your workout schedule periodically check for results to ensure your on the right track
    If results are not what you want..DO NOT get discouraged
    You may need a minor adjustment to plan
    Continue to work hard
