  • 2.  This quiz is made by Srikant Nair, Abhishek Parmar and PreethaVijayan from team MinD PalacE.  From 3 QMs; One is die-hard fan of FC Barcelona ( Abhishek), one is huge fan of Liverpool FC ( Srikant)& another one is a GIRL( Preetha). LOL!!!!

  • 4. This Indian athlete is making the Headlines once again. She is currently World no.2 in her sport and going towards achieving the numero Uno Status in her sport. She recently won Silver at the 10-metre air pistol event at the ISSF world cup.

"A couple of weeks ago I had met Rahul Gandhi in a Mall in Delhi and he asked me if I was interested in fighting the upcoming elections. He told me that more and more youngsters need to join politics from all walks of life. He inspired me to take up the challenge. I have just met him an hour ago and he confirmed my candidature”. So now X is a candidate of Phulpur which interestingly, is the same constituency from which India’s first prime minister, Jawaharlal Nehru got elected.

  • 13.  Recently India was among four countries that tabled an official bid for to host the tournament (for 2017) along with South Africa, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. India edged past the rest, to win the right to host the first major tournament on the nation's soil. As per the bid, eight cities - New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Margao, Kochi, Pune and Guwahati - are in line to be the venues of the tournament. Being the hosts, India will automatically qualify as one of the participating nation in the tournament, and after their unfortunate absence in 1950 tournament held in Brazil even after been invited, this will be their first appearance.
