    2. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Lesson #1 - Know Your Target Market First This is the first of a 7-email series to jump-start you into attracting prospects - for any product, business or purpose you choose. Prospects will come to you... But before they do, you must decide who you want to attract, as well as what they need, and you must be willing to offer them solutions. We'll teach you how. Let's assume you want to attract people to your opportunity, for example. The #1 Question First is... "What kind of people might be interested in joining your business?" If you plan to succeed you better know who this person is--including the things they're interested in and the problems you can help them solve. Why? Because a successful business comes from giving people what THEY need and want. In order to do that you have to intimately know them--their needs, hopes, desires and pain. More than likely you've heard something like this before... "You get what you want by helping others get what they want." But how do you really use this to get people lining up to talk with you, buy from you, and joining your team? That's what we'll teach you in these 7 Lessons. It starts with asking and then answering the right questions... • "WHO is your target market?" • "What kinds of things are they looking for, thinking about, and talking about?" • "What are some of their problems that you can help solve?" Knowing this is the first step in attracting a continuous stream of highly interested prospects to you... effectively, confidently, while having a lot more fun. by Al Richman | Page 2 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    3. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Building your business doesn't have to be hard. Sponsoring people doesn't have to be hard. But there is a specific formula. All you have to do is follow it. Do you want help figuring out the answers to these questions about YOUR target market? End the Struggle: Follow a Formula that Gets a Crowd of Customers & Prospects Coming to You Lesson #1: Know Your Target Market First We've introduced the importance of knowing your target market. Now we're going to dig deep and prepare you to use this information to get your 'target market' coming to you in droves. Let's recap the questions we must answer: 1. "WHO is your target market?" 2. "What kinds of things are they looking for, thinking about, and concerned about?" 3. "What are their needs and some problems you can solve?" Throughout most of the "7 Lessons" we'll be sharing how you can use this information to attract the right people into your network marketing opportunity. But that's not all you can do with this information. You can use this to attract prospects and customers to nearly any type of product (real estate, health & wellness, coaching, legal services, consulting, travel, postcards, dog beds, information products, cosmetics, chocolate, financial services, etc). The principles and formula are exactly the same no matter WHO you are attracting or WHAT you're selling--whether it's vacuum cleaners or an opportunity. Attracting Prospects to You--Step-by-Step. Let's look at the first question... "Who IS your target market?" I find it easier to make this clear if we use real examples. by Al Richman | Page 3 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    4. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Below we'll use an example of selling weight loss products. Our goal would be to get people coming to us ready to buy (or purchasing on their own if we want to set it up that way). In order to do this we have to know who in the heck we're selling to. We have to be able to 'relate' to our target market. If we are talking about weight loss products you might say that the target market is "people who are overweight." You wouldn't be wrong but we have to look at this under a magnifying glass. First of all, there are actually several target markets to consider in this example. You have to get to know each target market that you want to attract (you don't have to attract them all--but you should consider many possible target markets before you decide which ones you want to go after). You need to know their personal concerns, problems, fears... as well as what they think about, talk about, dream about, and read about. I want you to literally write some ideas down about your own target market(s) while we go through this exercise. At the very least, think about how this example below relates to your business. You can't learn how to attract prospects until you know your target market intimately... so do this! None of this is difficult. You just have to be willing to follow along and apply what you learn. Three target markets who might be interested in buying weight loss products: 1. People who have purchased weight loss products before because it's likely they will buy similar products again. That's a great target market. But we can't stop here... Remember? Now we have to consider what they are feeling, thinking, and what their 'unique' problems may be. For example, do you think they may be frustrated about all the failures they've experienced trying previous weight loss products? You better believe it! And if you're going to attract this group you should try to relate to the by Al Richman | Page 4 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    5. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You pain they've experienced when they failed before. If you don't think about these sort of things, you can't understand their personal needs and concerns (and you can't offer 'real' solutions that will attract them). We'll teach you how to do ALL OF THIS in the upcoming lessons. But let's look at a couple more examples to get you clear on this first step... 2. You can also target parents with overweight children. Do you think parents might have their own unique set of concerns about their kid's weight problem that are different from the first example above? Of course they do and you have to know what they are before you can attract them to you. 3. You can also choose to target baby boomers battling with their weight. Do you think they might have their own unique concerns? For example, this group might be thinking a lot more about the immediate health problems they're dealing with right now that are associated with their weight. Their pain might be the fear of a heart attack or losing their limbs to diabetes. Maybe they just had grandkids and they are really concerned about their health for the first time because they want to live long enough to see their grandkids grow... you gotta' think about what they are feeling because this is not about you it's about them. You have to think about their reality. This is the first step to knowing how to attract the right people to you, which I’ll be teaching you exactly how to do in the coming lessons. There is NOTHING all that complicated about any stage of this process, but it does require effort. And shouldn't it? Regardless of what you're selling, I want you to start thinking about your target market(s) in this way from now on. Coming up in Lessons 2-7, we'll go into much more detail about how to use this information to literally get the right people coming to you. Whatever you do, never underestimate the critical importance of knowing your specific target market(s), including all the different groups who might be interested in what you have to offer. by Al Richman | Page 5 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    6. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You This includes knowing what your target market is thinking about, reading about... and worried about. You can't successfully attract people to you until you know what they want and need. Remember, this is about them, not you! In Lesson #2 we'll relate this entire discussion to attracting Network Marketing Prospects specifically. There is a unique topic that we need to discuss when attracting network marketing prospects because most people don't even know what it is they're selling when they invite others onto their team. No matter how hard you work you can't succeed at building a team in network marketing if you don't learn what you're actually selling. You can't be clear on who your target market is and what their needs are if you don't know this. Once we get this discussion out of the way I'll show you exactly where you can go and what to do to apply this in the real world on the Internet, in most cases without spending a dime... to get the prospects coming to you. Lesson #2: Attracting Prospects to YOU In Lesson #1 we described why it's so vital to your success to know your target market if you want to attract large numbers of people into your business. We explained the first step is to clearly define who might be interested in the kinds of things you offer. We gave a formula you can follow to define any target market for any type of product or service, and we used the example of 'selling weight loss products' to make it tangible so you could apply the lesson in YOUR business. We're covering all this to prepare you for our upcoming lessons on exactly where to go and what to do to get your prospects coming to you. As we've discussed, you have to be 100% clear on WHO you're attracting before you can do it properly. by Al Richman | Page 6 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    7. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Lesson #2: Attracting Prospects to YOU... If you want to learn how to use this to attract a limitless line of highly- interested prospects to your opportunity we're going to help you in a big way today. We already gave you the formula and foundation on how to define your target market and explained why it's so important, but now we're going to take you by the hand and help you apply the formula to attracting business prospects specifically... You need to get crystal clear about their wants, needs, pain, what they read, think about, and talk about... so we can show you how to use this knowledge to fulfill their needs, solve their problems, and confidently provide value that attracts very large numbers of the best prospects to you consistently. You could probably do this exercise today on your own by following the formula we gave you in Lesson #1, but not without knowing the answer to a question that many networkers miss... Do You Know What You're Actually Selling? You can't start thinking clearly about your target market without knowing what it is you're really selling. Makes sense, right? And yet, this is where most network marketers completely fail. They're out there working their tails off, investing all kinds of money and time, trying to sell the wrong things to the wrong people. So let's clear this up first... Once you know what you're selling we'll go through the 3 questions from Lesson 1 and get you crystal clear on who you want to attract. Then, we'll show you how to do it, step-by-step! Remember, it's a formula and you can easily follow it to get the best people coming to you already pre-sold on YOU and what you offer. It's actually a lot of fun to set this all up and see it working so smoothly... and once you 'see' this entire formula from the 7 Lessons it's going to give you tremendous clarity and confidence about your business. So follow through! by Al Richman | Page 7 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    8. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Review lesson 2: Lesson #2: Attracting Prospects to You Do you remember what we're about to do here? We're preparing to go through the same questions we covered in Lesson 1 about "Knowing Your Target Market First," but this time we're going to apply it to your network marketing opportunity (instead of the weight loss product example). We need to know everything about your "best prospect" before we can know how to attract them using the Internet. But before we start getting to know your target market, we have to first understand what you're actually selling. Do you know what you're selling in a network marketing opportunity? A lot of people have heard this before—but few understand how to apply it. The answer is YOU. When you're selling a network marketing opportunity people have to buy into YOU first. Why? Because prospects know that building a business is a process. They know when they enroll there will be plenty of things they'll have to learn. They know that a brochure, hotel meeting, conference call or web site can't possibly tell them everything they need to know to succeed. Because of this there is a lot of trust wrapped up into making the purchase. If they buy, they are trusting that you will guide them into a successful direction. If you don't sell YOU first you'll either blow the deal (rarely enrolling anyone) or keep signing up the wrong people for the wrong reasons... who never do anything with it--which is a complete waste of your time. "But how do you sell YOU first?" by Al Richman | Page 8 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    9. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You I'm glad you asked because this has been a big problem for network marketers. Most don't know how. Even worse, very few leaders teach it. Until recently, all that could be done was to help you work on your belief system (like your 'why' statement) or your leadership, and communication or listening skills... or create a dream board... and then just keep going 'out there' to talk to more people. While the leadership training in the network marketing industry has been a good thing, it hasn't been tangible... it was hard to 'see' what you were supposed to do or if you were making any progress. We're going to teach you how to use the Internet to develop your confidence and leadership WHILE you're following a step-by-step tangible process that gets people coming to you---and that makes it all a lot easier. In the past, someone may have given (or sold you) a script book, but no matter how well you memorize a script nothing's going to change unless you find a way to represent yourself as an asset to your prospects. We're going to teach you how to build trust and pre-sell your prospects on YOU as a successful guide and leader AT THE SAME TIME you're attracting them. The prospect will see you as a valuable asset to their success. By the time your prospect hears from you (or calls you first), they'll already know your name and will have received value from you. The bulk of the trust-building process will have already started before you had to invest any one-on-one time at all. Now, that's leverage. How Could That Be? It's much like how candidates for a Presidential election build an audience of people who feel like they know and trust them without ever actually talking to them. It's much how you have a favorite actor, author, corporate leader, singer, writer, or someone you've never met but who you have gotten to know and trust through 'leveraging' interaction (like media). We'll teach you step-by-step how to set things up so your prospects get to know you in a similar way on the Internet. by Al Richman | Page 9 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    10. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You They grow to trust your opinion and suggestions before the 'prospecting conversation' even begins. Let's Prove that YOU are the Product... We've said that the product is YOU (not your literal product, service, compensation plan, or any of the things on the company brochure)... Let's prove it so you're absolutely convinced! Because if you don't 'get this' part of the formula you can't move on and attract people successfully to your network marketing opportunity—so I want to make sure this makes 100% sense to you. While the things listed on your company brochure and web site play a small role in your prospect's decision, here's absolute proof that when you offer a network marketing opportunity YOU are the main factor for the prospect. Here's a quick illustration to prove the point: Ask yourself... Can you just hand out information at the mall or at the street corner and sponsor 10+ people per day? If people were sold by the information on the brochure or at the web site then this would actually work. But it doesn't work like that does it? Information by itself, no matter how great it is, won't sell opportunities unless those brochures and web sites start by selling YOU! Prospects want to know if YOU can lead them to success. Period. If you've had a challenge sponsoring people on a regular basis we are now getting to the major reason why. But I have some good news for you. There is a definite formula that you can follow to become an 'attractive' upline that people will want to join. It's not that complicated once you get it. Keep moving forward here and you will. by Al Richman | Page 10 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    11. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Now that we've established that YOU are the product, let's finally get into answering the real questions so we can intimately get to know your target market and attract them. In Lesson #3 we'll break out the same big questions that we introduced to you in Lesson #1, but this time we'll apply them to network marketing. Our goal next is to get you absolutely clear on whom your perfect prospects are so you can literally attract them into your network marketing opportunity with confidence and ease. Don't skip a beat—every step in this formula is important to crystallize into your brain. It's not hard—but it requires your full attention. And it's worth it if succeeding in your business is a priority. Lesson #3: Who is the 'Perfect' Prospect? OK, let's recap what we've covered so far in Lessons 1 and 2. Do you remember the goal? Get an ever-growing stream of prospects coming to you. In Lesson #1, we shared the importance of knowing your target market and gave you 3 big questions to help you kick off the attraction marketing formula... We used the example of attracting customers to a weight-loss product and encouraged you to start identifying your target market to prepare you to start attracting the right people to YOUR business or products. Review Lesson #1 In Lesson #2, we discussed what you're really selling if you want to attract people to your opportunity—the answer was YOU. Review Lesson #2 Now we're going to review the 3 big questions again--but this time we'll apply them to attracting the perfect prospect for your networking business. We'll help you get intimately familiar with who they are, their needs, by Al Richman | Page 11 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    12. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You problems, as well as what they think about, talk about, and read about... so we can teach you next how to use this knowledge to get these 'perfect prospects' approaching you daily already pre-sold on YOU and what you offer. Are you ready? End the Struggle: Follow a Formula that Gets a Crowd of Customers & Prospects Coming to You Lesson #3: Attracting the Perfect Prospects Do you remember the three questions we covered in Lesson #1? We're about to use the same questions to identify the "perfect prospect" for your network marketing opportunity. We're not talking about just any sort of prospect—we'll get 100% clear on what the RIGHT type of prospect looks like and needs... because then you can attract people who join for only the right reasons (a key to success because they are likely to duplicate your efforts). Let's recap the 3 questions: • "WHO is your target market?" • "What kinds of things are they looking for, thinking about, and concerned about?" • "What are their needs and some problems you can solve?" Once we know the answers we can use this information to attract the perfect prospect to YOU over the Internet, following a step-by-step sequence. These prospects will be pre-sold before the first conversation even begins. Let's dig in... Question #1: "WHO is your best target market when you're selling a network marketing opportunity?" Just like in Lesson #1 with our weight loss product example, there are many possible target markets you could consider. But Here's the Best Possible Target Market to Write Down... by Al Richman | Page 12 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    13. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You People who already know why they need a network marketing opportunity. This seems rather obvious, doesn't it? And it is. You'll find that the best answers are usually simple---but they only become obvious after you 'recognize' them. That's the benefit of having "The 7 Lessons" take you by the hand through this process. Now let's think about this target market further. First, which of the two options below would you rather choose? 1. Attract people who don't know why they would need a network marketing opportunity? Or... 2. Attract people who already know why they need a network marketing opportunity? Of course, there's a lot less work involved if you attract people who already realize why they need a network marketing opportunity. Because then your only job is to sell them on YOU, which we'll teach you how to do in the upcoming lessons while you're attracting them. But what kind of person would recognize they need a network marketing opportunity? There are two possible groups--we'll start with the largest. Again, notice the answer is simple: People who have purchased a network marketing opportunity before. Do you recall the first target market we wrote down in Lesson #1 with the 'weight loss product' example? People who have purchased a weight loss product are a good target market because they are likely to buy a similar product again. And it's the same in network marketing. by Al Richman | Page 13 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    14. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Why? Because they already see the need... so 90% of the work is done. Think of it this way... Would you be more successful selling steak to vegetarians or to meat eaters who purchased meat before? Of course it's easier to sell a steak to people who have purchased steak before. Or, what if you were selling light bulbs? Would you do better selling light bulbs to people who have purchased light bulbs before? Of course you would... because they already see their need for one. You wouldn't be too successful selling light bulbs in a 3rd world nation to a village where people don't even have electricity. They wouldn't have purchased light bulbs before because they don't see their need for one. So why do we see network marketers often cold calling leads or talking to family and strangers who don't see the need for a network marketing opportunity? Because they haven't been schooled on these basic principles of marketing. Sure, you can learn to ask the right questions and try to help people discover why they need a network marketing opportunity, but that requires tremendous skills in communication and persuasion. It creates a tremendous and unnecessary work load. It's far more effective to learn basic marketing principles that will bring the perfect prospect to you. OK, let's look at another example of a target market we could choose to focus on: Prospects Who Are Already Researching Your Opportunity... This is a fantastic niche target market to write down and consider because they are familiar with some of the benefits of your company and are in research mode. They're seeking out the best Upline team to join. by Al Richman | Page 14 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    15. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You They already know why they need a network marketing opportunity or they wouldn't be researching yours. Later we'll give specific details on how you can set things up to literally attract this group, already pre-sold on you or your team as the best Upline to help them accomplish their goals. Let's look at one more example for today's lesson as a possible target market to attract: Business Opportunity Seekers... There is another large market of people out there wanting to make money from home but they don't recognize they want to do it through network marketing (yet). That's another group you could consider attracting although it's not as ideal as the first two groups mentioned above because they don't yet know they need a network marketing business. So, why do we list it here? Because this target market does realize they need a way to make money (most of them want to do it through a home-based business)... and this is closely related to the same needs a network marketing opportunity addresses. By the way, let's remember we're not talking about cold calling business opportunity seekers here—like many people were taught to do in the old model—we're talking about attracting them to you instead (already pre-sold on you and what you offer). So we've covered three great target markets you can consider identifying and attracting. Here are the three target markets we've covered: 1. People who have purchased a network marketing opportunity before 2. People researching your company & seeking the best Upline to join 3. Business opportunity seekers So now we've answered the first question: Who is your target market? But we don't stop here, remember? by Al Richman | Page 15 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    16. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You There are two more questions you need to answer before we can move you onto the next step in this formula (attracting them using the Internet). Before we jump into the next question let's remember we don't have to attract each target market we write down on paper. You can be extremely successful focusing on just one or two. By the way, I hope you're writing some things down as we run through all this. Nothing happens in reality until you get stuff out of your brain and into the real world. Writing things down is the first step to make a thought (or goal) a physical reality. So write down the target markets we've discussed above... and follow along as we answer Questions 2 and 3 in the next Lesson. Our next step is to get really clear on the target markets we've written down today so we can show you how to use this information to attract them on the Internet. In the upcoming lessons you'll learn how to use all of this to drop 'attractive bait' all throughout the Internet—in the form of REAL VALUE that your perfect prospect will be attracted to. This same value is also what will pre-sell them on YOU, which we established in Lesson #2 is the key to all of this. But first, we have to know more about the concerns and needs of your prospects, as well as solutions (or value) you can offer... so let's continue. by Al Richman | Page 16 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    17. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Email Lesson #4: Identify Their Needs So You Can Attract Them In the last Lesson (Lesson #3), we answered a key question to help you identify the 'perfect prospect' to attract to you and your networking business. "Who is Your Target Market?" We came up with 3 possible target markets you should have written down: 1. People who purchased a networking business before who recognize they need one. 2. People who are presently researching your company and seeking the best Upline. 3. People interested in finding a way to make money--but who aren't specifically aware they need a networking business (yet). We established that the first two groups are the best to attract because they already know why they need a networking business... and most of the work is done. We listed the third group because these people already recognize that they need to do something for income--they just don't know they need a networking business specifically yet. Here, in Lesson #4, we'll dig deep into the last two questions that will help us identify these target markets in detail. By knowing their unique interests, concerns, and needs we'll be able to offer solutions and value to use to attract them to you. Do you remember Questions 2 and 3? I hope I've gotten you to start writing these things down. If not, start now because it is the first step to making this work in your business. • "What things are your target market looking for, thinking about, and concerned about?" • "What are their needs and some problems you can help them solve?" In this Lesson (Lesson #4) we'll apply these two question to the above target markets to get you 100% familiar with who they are and what they need... by Al Richman | Page 17 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    18. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You We are preparing you for the final lessons of this training series where we specifically show you how to use this knowledge to get a flood of prospects coming to you... already pre-sold on YOU and what you offer before the first conversation even begins. End the Struggle: Follow a Formula that Gets a Crowd of Customers & Prospects Coming to You Lesson #4: Identify Their Needs Let's keep the two questions we're answering in front of us: • "What is your target market seeking, thinking about, and concerned about?" • "What are their needs and some problems you can help solve?" We'll apply these questions to each different group of target market(s) so you can soon attract them on your own. Again, these groups are: 1. People who purchased a networking business before who recognize they need one. 2. People who are presently researching your company and seeking the best Upline. 3. People interested in finding a way to make money-but who aren't specifically aware they need a networking business (yet). Once you answer the two questions for these target markets you'll be able to attract any one of them by giving something they want. They'll view you as an asset to their success, instead of a nuisance who just wants to sell something. We can only look at one of these sub-groups at a time... Just like we covered in Lesson #1 – Know Your Target Market to Generate Leads using the 'weight loss product' example, each of the 3 target market groups (above) have their own unique set of interests and needs to consider separately. Let's run through this with the first target group: People who have purchased a network marketing opportunity before-who already recognize their need for one. by Al Richman | Page 18 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    19. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You "What kinds of things are they looking for, thinking about, and concerned about?" As usual the answer is simple... They are looking for, thinking about, and concerned about ALL TOPICS related to network marketing, particularly things that can help them succeed. Let's dig in with some tangible examples so you'll understand how to use this: One thing they 'could be' looking for might be a resource, like a marketing tool, system, or even a book. The prospect may be on the Internet searching for specific book titles related to the network marketing industry... like one their upline or company recommended. Or, they may be looking for information on a well-known author who markets their books to the network marketing industry (examples would be Robert Kiyosaki, Mark Yarnell, or Paul Zane Pilzer). Or, they might search for something general like, "network marketing books." Or, "network marketing training." You can get tons of ideas like this by simply going onto Google and typing in "Network marketing" - you'll find all kinds of related topics, resources and examples. These are all clues as to what your target market is looking for, thinking about, and concerned about. These are things YOU need to know because we're going to show you how to use this to attract them to you-pre-selling them on you and what you offer at the same time. Your prospect might hop onto to Internet and type in "How Do I Generate My Own Leads Online?" Wouldn't you like to have "your stuff" come up when they search for this or hundreds of other related phrases or words? Wouldn't you like to have your lead capture page there to collect their information? by Al Richman | Page 19 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    20. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You I can show you how to do that without even needing a web site of your own. There are literally thousands of different things network marketers are searching for every day – not just on Google – but at hundreds of different locations. You only have to get plugged into a dozen or so locations to generate more than enough leads per day. You don't have to be a techie to do this-you don't even need a web site. But that's the topic for an upcoming lesson... Let's think a little more about what our perfect prospects are looking for. They could be searching for network marketing coaches by name (like, Dani Johnson or Ellie Drake)... or just for 'network marketing coach' in general. They may be looking for information on an event by a famous coach... or for a training tool (like a specific DVD they learned about). And network marketers are often venturing outside the MLM industry for information-like in related areas like personal development or business education (these are entirely new worlds that your prospects may be digging into). What about famous upline names? Yes. What about MLM companies? Yes. They may be looking for resources or information to help them build their current business (we'll list a lot of examples of these kinds of things below). Even if they're presently in an MLM business, this is still a great target market to attract onto your list because, as we've mentioned, many of them will likely buy an opportunity again. Your target market may NOT be actively searching for anything at all-but you can still 'attract' them. If something catches their eye, they could 'click' on it and end up getting introduced to YOU and what you're sharing on a particular topic that's on their mind, like: "How to Choose the Perfect Upline," or, "Is There a Better Way to Build Your Network Marketing Business?" or, by Al Richman | Page 20 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    21. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You "Why I'll Never Cold Call Leads Again." Or, Anything that relates to the pain they experienced in the past when they tried network marketing before. You can share inspiring or motivational tips or stories. You can interview successful people in your company (or anywhere in a related field or topic) and share their 'hot tips.' You could share experiences you have had in your business... and lessons you have learned along the way. You can share "How a Single Mother of 3 Found Time to Build Her Network Marketing Business & Hit it Big." If you don't have the particular experience then you can interview someone who does. If you've ever prospected friends and family, invited people to hotel meetings or done cold-calls, and ever had a disappointment-you can share that experience and connect it to their pain. Then, show them a solution you have recently learned. That's value by the way... it doesn't have to be something genius in order to be effective. Anything that attracts people is considered value---your sincere wish to help people is a perfect starting point to create all kinds of stuff they'll connect with and be attracted to. Then, you can offer solutions for them (like suggesting they read the "The 7 Lessons", for example). You could share things you're learning right now (and will continue learning in our program). Most definitely, millions of network marketers will be looking for help with this kind of training because many of them have just 'had it' with the old way... by learning and then sharing this 'new attraction model' you could attract a huge number of them to you. It's about giving before you expect to receive. by Al Richman | Page 21 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    22. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You But the bottom line is that anything related in any way to network marketing, including any company, organization, person, news, product, book, training, resources... and any related topic could go on this list. A lot of this discussion now overlaps into our next and final question when preparing to attract this target market. What "needs" or "problems" do these people have that you can help them solve. Let's run through an example list of problems you can help your prospect solve. While you're reviewing this, don't worry if you're not yet sure how you would 'give' solutions to their problems. We'll address how simple that can be in a moment. Let's just look at some problems they need help with: • How to make money in network marketing. • How to spend less money on leads and find better quality prospects. • How to get prospects coming to them (instead of chasing prospects). • How to choose a better upline. • They might need a better way to build a network marketing business before they'd ever start one again • They need to be more effective with their time and see results in their current business • They need more clarity on what to do to build their business • They need to know how to effectively sell themselves as a Leader • They need more Cash-Flow to keep going in their business • They need to know what to say and do to sponsor more people • They need to learn how to use the Internet to build their business smarter How Would You Help Them Solve These Problems? We'll discuss this much more in Lesson #5. Attraction Marketing Merge gives you a framework so you can offer all kinds of value and solutions to your network marketing prospects... and you can take credit for it. You can just focus on learning the other 'parts' that make all this work like what we'll be covering in Lesson #5, "Setting up the marketing that attracts these people to you." by Al Richman | Page 22 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    23. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You We'll also discuss how to set things up you're pre-selling YOU and building trust before you ever talk with your prospect. You can literally set it up so you're receiving emails and calls from large numbers of people who are already interested. You can create such a large number of interested prospects that you can then pass these leads onto your downline (making it far more valuable to be on your team). But What About Those Other Two "Target Market" Groups We Listed? • People who are presently researching your company and seeking the best Upline. • People interested in finding a way to make money, but who aren't specifically aware they need a networking business (yet). Lesson #5: Where the Rubber Meets the Road Setting Up the Three Physical Components to Attract Your Prospects So in Lessons # 1-4 we talked extensively about knowing who you want to attract to your business (what they're thinking about, their needs, and problems you can solve). I hope you didn't lose sight of the fact that you can use these lessons to attract prospects to any type of product or business. Don't get lost in our specific examples. Plug this formula into YOUR business. Now, in Lesson #5, we're going to get down to where "the rubber meets the road," as they say. This is where the principles of 'knowing your target market' get used in physical reality to set yourself up on the Internet so real people come to you, already pre-sold on you or what you offer. There is nothing all that complicated and any non-techie can set this all up. In fact, many of our most successful students were very uncomfortable on a computer when they started... quite a few of them didn't even know how to send an email within months of starting with us. So don't be intimidated about the idea of setting up your own marketing on the Internet--we've set this up for newbies. by Al Richman | Page 23 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    24. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Here's what we'll address today: First, we'll discuss the 3 components that make attraction marketing work-- these are things that have to be in place... we'll go over what they are. It's pretty basic... but powerful. We'll connect those 3 components to the target market groups we have discussed so far. Then, we'll share how the resources at Attraction Marketing Merge help get you started without you having to create all of the components and value yourself. Lesson #5: Where the Rubber Meets the Road In the previous lessons (Lessons 1-4) we've thoroughly discussed the importance of "Knowing Your Target Market" so you can use that information to attract the perfect prospect to your business. Your next step is to set things up so it's functioning in reality. We'll start by reviewing the 3 components you need in place to attract and pre-sell your prospects. The 3 Components of Attraction Marketing... Component # 1 – Set Up Your Point-of-Contact "Web of Content" This is where the prospect finds you on the Internet from content you've created. It's where you first start using what you know about your target market to set up 'bait' that they will like. You don't need a web site for this (although you can choose to have one). But there many locations to set up content without a cost or much hassle... there are many additional ways to set up content for a very low cost. You can set up content within an hour or so, even if it's your very first day and you're totally a non-techie type. Once you've done this a few times you can create new content that gets found all over the Internet very easily... setting up bait that your target market is interested in. by Al Richman | Page 24 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    25. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You That's how you can create 5, 10 or even 30+ leads per day... coming in like clockwork. Once you set up some content on the web, it's there forever... literally like bait for a fish. There are so many options that newbies and non-techies can choose from to create content all over the Internet. I show you some of these in the free Webinar at Step 3 in the University. There is no longer any reason to be intimidated by the idea of creating something on the web because the Internet has changed to make it easy for everyone. That's why the window of opportunity to get online and get in front of a massive wave of people is so extraordinary. Most of our students knew NOTHING about it and are anything but 'techie types.' Now many of them have created content all over the web where prospects find them each day. Our training is designed to take you mouse click by mouse click as you follow along visually with two windows open on your screen (we even show you how to do that if you're not sure how to have two windows open). You set up your own content while you watch my mouse on the screen at the same time. What do these Point-of-Contact locations look like exactly? You'll find a free Webinar in Step 3 at the University called, "Become a Professional" showing you many of the actual locations where we teach you how to set up your own Point-of-Contact Marketing. Once you start setting up your own content on the Internet prospects will begin to find it. That's why I call it, "Point-of-Contact" because it's the first point in which the prospects begin to get to know about you and what you offer. But it starts by giving them something without selling something. This relates back to what we covered in Lessons 1-4. We discuss this more in a bit. First, let's cover the 2nd component that makes this all work. by Al Richman | Page 25 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    26. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Component # 2 – The Prospect Gives You Permission to Communicate. After prospects find your 'stuff' on the Internet, they're led to your lead capture pages. To keep things simple, most people start by using lead capture pages provided by a system like those we have given you. You CAN create your own lead capture pages if you want to (it's quite easy for non-techies to do this, but it's optional). Prospects fill out your lead capture form and you have another prospect added to your list. This is more than just a typical lead because they already received value and started to get to know you from the Point-of-Contact marketing you set up. Now, this is all great. But to fully capitalize on what just happened you have to understand the next step. Your prospect just gave you permission to communicate with them. Now you want to communicate by continuing with the 'give before you receive' principle of providing more value so you can attract the prospect close to you and what you offer. If you follow the 3rd piece to this puzzle (below) you'll be able to place your 'offers' in front of those prospects continuously and bring customers and new team members into your business in droves. By the way, you may have made some money when your prospect is added to your list in step 2 above... (If your lead capture page is associated with an affiliate program like The Renegade, Magnetic Sponsoring, Marketing Merge or others). That's called monetization and if you haven't learned about it yet it's the subject of Lesson #6. OK, so let's repeat the biggest points of Component #1 and # 2 Above... Your prospect found you on the Internet. They were engaged and interested enough to click on and fill out your lead capture page. By this time there's a good chance they've seen your picture and name and feel they have received some value from you. They are highly qualified as a prospect because they are interested in what is being discussed in your Point of Contact marketing and lead capture page. Everything is 'talking' to their needs. The pre-selling process has already started. by Al Richman | Page 26 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    27. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You They filled out the lead capture page so they have given you permission to communicate with them, which gives you the chance to build a relationship much further and to sell to this person without ever 'chasing them.' But it doesn't stop here (most people think it does and that's where they fall short). Step 3 is vital. 3. Offer Value and thus Gain the Privilege to Place your 'Offers' in Front of Your Prospects... The key to attraction marketing is to provide ongoing value. By providing ongoing value using auto-email (and emails you send manually) you gain permission to place 'your offers' in front of the prospect to buy from you, or to contact you with a sincere interest. This is much like how advertising works on TV or radio. They give you value and in return you let them place 'offers' in front of you. Your offers can be your monetizing strategies (like something with an affiliate commission such as The Renegade e-book, Building on a Budget, Magnetic Sponsoring, or some other affiliate that works to attract leads while providing cash-flow). Your offers are also your networking products and business. You can invite prospects on your list to contact you about your opportunity. Or, you can send emails that provoke your prospects to reveal to you their biggest challenges in succeeding in network marketing. Then, you can connect by phone with those that it is obvious will be open to you and an opportunity with an upline that meets their needs. So those are the 3 steps. In the Professional Training we provide, accessible by upgrading in Step 3, you're walked step by step through setting all of this up. Follow our mouse and training's and you'll build a large following of people who are interested in your products, business and in you... because: 1. They came to you, 2. They gave you permission to communicate with them, 3. And, you gave them something before asking them to look at what you're selling. by Al Richman | Page 27 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    28. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You It's pretty simple... and powerful... Connecting the 3 components to your target market... Let's run through the 3 components and relate it back to what we learned in Lessons 1-4. The first component is setting up content on the Internet where your prospect first finds you. What kind of content do you put out there? Well, this all depends on who you want to attract. So remembering back to the different examples we covered in Lesson 1-4 when we talked about "Knowing Your Target Market," we used target market examples for selling weight loss products and a network marketing opportunity. Of course, everything we teach all applies to nearly any product or business, but those were the examples we used. I'm just going to pull one example out from those to illustrate how to set up the right bait to attract your prospects at point A - which was setting up your point of contact "web of content." Let's use the example of: Those who purchased a network marketing opportunity before who already know they need one. Do you recall some things that this particular target market is thinking about, concerned about or searching for? Do you recall their needs? We have to start there before we can begin creating the right kind of 'bait' that will catch their attention. So let's recap just some of the things we went over as far as what this target market is thinking about or needs, etc... Here's the broad answer: They are looking for, thinking about, and concerned about ALL TOPICS related to network marketing, particularly things that can help them succeed. by Al Richman | Page 28 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    29. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You Some specific examples were: • Related books • Industry coaches • Information on MLM companies • Information on network marketing related systems • Information on related network marketing topics (like "how to succeed in MLM," etc). • Encouraging Stories or Tips The list could go a mile long because it can be about any subject, book title, author, coach, or issue related whatsoever to network marketing (including personal development). So this is the kind of stuff that should go into your Point of content marketing. Your next step is to share or discuss something about any topic related to network marketing—that's the 'bait' and it's exactly what attracts your prospects to you initially. Are you afraid you don't have anything to share? Well, you're wrong. You're just over complicating it. If you're first getting started you just want to create anything that comes to mind to begin. Over time you learn what types of things will attract more people. The first step is getting comfortable with setting some stuff up and getting out there on the web. Here's just one example: You could write a review on Renegade University and the type of things you've learned in "The 7 Lessons." By the way, don't ever plagiarize... it doesn't look good in the eyes of your prospects. What you want to do is share your two-cents (your opinion) or review on something. It doesn't have to be genius... it just has to be sincere and genuine. If you've received value from these "7 Lessons of Attraction Marketing" you should share that value with others. What are you learning right now? Share it. You'll be rewarded for that. That's how business works--give something and by Al Richman | Page 29 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    30. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You you get something back. The more you give the more you get. All you want to do initially is get some bait out there – because I assure you the moment you do people will see it. That's progress. From there you take what we teach you about how to link your content together, use key words correctly and all the details that significantly increase your exposure. What else could you share? Well... What experiences do you have in network marketing with cold calling or contacting friends and family? Share those experiences and suggest a new way. What experiences do you have in life that relate to network marketing that could help others in their progress in business? Have you ever read a book or attended training from an industry coach (or listened to a CD or training resource)? If so, you can give your review. People will read it. And they are your target market (in this example). They will become interested in what else you do and offer. You can also do video—it's not as scary as you may think. The key to success is providing value in the marketplace. We teach you the technical stuff, literally step by step and click by click... with non-techies first in our minds. So that's how it works... You want to genuinely draw upon your experiences and your own perspective on related topics—that's your bait. That's how your prospect first finds you. Keep it simple. Keep it real. What if you don't like to write? You can actually hire someone for $15 to write articles for you (it's easy to do—you'd be amazed at what's available out there on the Internet that makes it easy to operate your business like a true business system these days). by Al Richman | Page 30 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    31. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You In the Professional Training we have a step by step tutorial showing you how to hire a writer. But understand, you don't need to be a high level writer... you just need to be able to write at a 6-8th grade level. Throw out the essay perfect writing style you were taught and just write as you would talk to someone sitting across the table from you. That's the most effective in the Internet marketing world. Writing isn't the only way do put 'bait' out there. As I've mentioned, video is another option (with you in or NOT in the picture). There is another free Webinar you may want to watch in the University at Step 3 on both video and blogs to help you get clearer on how all this work in reality. Anyone can do this stuff. These are the kinds of things we teach you in the Professional Training area. Join the Professional training at any time to start setting this all up in reality... Log into your Renegade University system (upgrade at the bottom of Step 3). Once you start building your content out there on the Internet, people start to find it. Lead Capture Pages (Component #2) - How Your Target Market Fits In... Now remember we want to have links to our lead capture pages sprinkled throughout our content. It can say something like, "Click to Learn How to Attract Your Prospects to You." Or, "Click for Internet Network Marketing training," or whatever. These are just examples. What is important is that your lead capture pages talk to YOUR target market. If you're attracting network marketers we suggest you start by using our lead capture pages (and others provided by related systems like Magnetic Sponsoring or The Renegade) so you don't have to build your own. But the time will come when you may want to have your own lead capture pages and they are easy to learn how to create... for now just understand that your lead capture pages obviously have to keep your target market in mind and speak to their needs. by Al Richman | Page 31 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    32. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You There are several lead capture pages inside your University you can click on and look at. Notice how they talk to network marketer's needs to see what we mean. By the way, you can be using these lead capture pages to generate your own leads. Component #3... Once someone is on your list (Component #3) you keep following the same principles we have been discussing here. You offer value in the form of topics or subjects of interest in the emails. So in our example of the target market, "People who have purchased a network marketing opportunity before who know they need one," we would share tips, reviews and information related to their interests. This further builds the relationship. They may purchase affiliate products upon your recommendation (giving you cash flow while attracting these prospects to you). You have a lot of options and we cover this in our Professional training in the Email Marketing section. We show you how to set up your email campaign, click by click... including what to say. The goal in this target market is to ultimately get them calling and emailing you first... by offering value they are becoming pre-sold on you. There are many ways to then invite them to contact you. These are among the many things we teach you in the Professional training to the detail. Regardless of whom your target market is... the training we take you through in the Professional training area helps you get all 3 Components of attraction marketing set up: 1. Point of contact 'web of content' where prospect first meets you on the web 2. Lead capture pages—how to link them into your content 3. Email Marketing—Providing ongoing value to pre-sell them on you and what you offer Lesson #6: Monetization Keeps You Afloat Today's lesson is going to be quite a bit different than Lessons # 1-5. We'll discuss monetization (often called the funded sponsoring proposal). by Al Richman | Page 32 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    33. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You In Lessons # 1-5 we focused on how to get to know your target market so you could attract the perfect prospect for your business… using the Internet. In the last Lesson (Lesson #5) we went over the 3 components of attraction marketing that get the prospects literally coming to you, pre-sold on you and what you offer. Today, in Lesson #6 we're going to talk about monetization. This is about how you can generate additional cash-flow while you're building your prospects list, by providing more value. What's powerful about applying this to your business is that it doesn't take up more of your time, but further pre-sells your prospects on YOU while giving you cash-flow so you can stick around long enough to succeed. This is just one empowering aspect of attraction marketing that you can apply to any type of business. We'll focus in on how to apply monetization to building a prospects list and a networking business, but regardless of whom your target market is you can use this strategy to increase what you make for any type of business model and product. End the Struggle: Follow a Formula that Gets a Crowd of Customers & Prospects Coming to You Lesson #6: Monetization: Generate cash-flow while building your prospects list. The terms 'Monetization' and 'To Monetize' simply mean 'a strategy to make money.' That's what business is all about. And yet, until recently, network marketers have been discouraged to monetize like traditional businesses do because uplines and companies feared it would distract them from building their by Al Richman | Page 33 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    34. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You primary MLM. That is a very disempowering view - it's not smart business to limit yourself from producing revenue that can assist your business growth. Monetization allows you to stay afloat in business long enough to generate the larger residual income. Monetization allows you to provide more value to your prospects, which attracts them onto your list and helps them see you are a valuable asset to their livelihood. How Do You Monetize? As we've talked about you attract prospects to you by providing value. The internet provides many different affiliate products that can relate to the interests and fill the needs of your 'target audience.' For example, if there is a great book that 'talks' to your target market or teaches them something, and they pay a fast upfront referral commission (affiliate commission) if you refer someone who buys it—that's a great monetization product for you. As long as it's not too expensive you can share such products that you feel are valuable and useful to your 'target market' in emails and in your 'web of content' to generate cash flow and leads. This helps you generate leads because often you can collect the person's name and contact information when they purchase the product. Monetization allows you to earn money from prospects on your list who may never join your network... or who aren't ready to join right now. Other examples of monetization are tools that network marketers may need, for example (like auto emails tools, training tools, etc). by Al Richman | Page 34 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    35. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You There's just one of thousands of great examples of how you can earn money while you grow you prospects list. And it doesn't stop there. When prospects purchase a book and other tools they may need for their business, you get paid, automatically for being the one who referred them. This is far from a distraction. Instead, it's an attractive reason why others will want to join you and listen to your advice about business. Who would you rather join in business? Someone not making much money pitching an MLM... or someone who offers an MLM opportunity along with a plan for generating affiliate 'monetizing' income, as well a plan for attracting leads? It's a no brainer that making money while you attract people to you is smarter than not doing it... and that's why Internet network marketing is replacing the old Marketing model. To begin attracting leads to you and monetizing, make sure you've bought The Renegade Network Marketer course book in Step 1 at the University. Lesson #7: Valuable "Attractive" Content vs. "Unattractive" Spam When you start creating content on the web it's important to know the difference between 'spam' and value. This is not a black and white line--it's about how the community where you're posting your content will perceive your intentions. Is your priority to give value to them first, or is it to ask for them to buy from you? How they perceive your intentions will make or break you in attraction marketing. One of the biggest benefits you receive as you move through the Professional training area is not only how to set up your marketing technically (even if you're not very good on the by Al Richman | Page 35 of 38 - www.axor24.com
    36. The 7 Lessons To Attract Prospects to You computer)... but more importantly, we teach you how to write great content, or create good videos that people will see as valuable. Knowing how to put together content that is perceived as value will attract a large audience... and it's powerful. Yes, you have other options and we teach them too... You can hire writers and we show you how to do that for about $12 an article--and that's a far more effective way to spend your money to build a business than buying leads or advertising. You can use Google Adwords and that's fine--but expensive. You can use free ads like Craigslist or traffic exchanges--we show that to you--but it's nothing compared to what you can produce if you learn how to write. If you can put sentences together and compose an email you can learn this stuff--if you're willing to try. The leverage you get from learning how to create powerful, concise content is unmatched. Just one of the courses in the Professional back office will teach you how to create powerful content of your own, at no cost, that will build an audience and attract your target market to you-- eager to know more from you. That's pre-selling as we've discussed and it's the closest you'll get to printing money. By now you've learned the importance of knowing your target market and you've received the formula for identifying who they are, what they need, and how you can go about attracting them to you in huge quantities. If you've watched the Webinars inside the University (on the Step by Al Richman | Page 36 of 38 - www.axor24.com
