Dear Sir/ Madam, I understand there are four possible sites for the proposed hotel. I feel the most advantageous site would be site three. SITE 3: - Flat - Lots of available land to build on - Greenfield site

Reasons for choosing site 3 Flat land, good for building on Doesn’t disturb rest of the village Can be easily accessed Lot’s of available land to build on Scenic surrounding area Low risk of flooding Close to services A ‘Greenfield’ site
