Texas Sheet Cake (Betty Santucci) 1 stick oleo 1/2 c. oil 4 T. cocoa 1 c. water Bring to boil and pour over next ingred. 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt Mix and stir in first ingred. Add 1/2 c. sour cream and 2 slightly beaten eggs. Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. or until done. Icing 1/2 stick oleo 2 T. cocoa 3 T. sour cream Bring to boil and add 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Add 1/2 c. nuts and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat well and ice cooled cake.

Company Potatoes (Betty Santucci) 5 large potatoes 1 can cream mushroom soup-1/2 can water 1 cup sour cream 2 T. onion flakes 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. corn flake crumbs 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste Peel and slice potatoes. Par boil, drain and put into greased casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix soup,water, sour cream and onion flakes. Pour over potatoes, cover with cheese. Mix crumbs and butter , sprinlke over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.

Very nice show. The photos were clear and full of expression. I especially enjoyed the captions. There was no need to guess what was going on.
