    • Char t out the future decisions you’ll be making as a successful firm
      • Determine required resources/capabilities
    • Put them on a chart on the wall
      • More flexible than on a calendar
    • Be as objective as possible
  • 3. Defining My Goals
    • I want our firm to be world renowned for having smooth operations and awesome value & service.
    • I want to be wealthy enough to affect world events and complete the work Gandhi left unfinished: peace forever through breakthrough positive ideas.
    • In order to achieve these goals I will need to raise about $100,000 to start building even more wealth.
    • The growing nuclear threat from Iran, the degradation of our environment, the anti-intellectualism of Republican power, and the ever-expanding disparity of wealth is going to have to come to an end.
    • I also want to live forever, make great music, and find an awesome girlfriend who totally loves me.
    • We must find a way to gain positive political influence such that our generation gets power fast.

      • One More Redesign + Forms
      • Purchase The Preview Functionality

    • Centralize Operations At Amanda And Jeremy’s New House In Asheville
      • Day-definite delivery; lower cost; 1-wk turn
    • Monitor Candace’s Compliance With Customer Support System
    • Pay Off All Crippling Debt
    • Legalize All Aspects Of The Firm
    • Plot Strategy Of Plenty
      • If big money starts rolling in, what will I do?
  • 6. Strategy Of Plenty
    • If a ton of money comes in because of the book’s release, I will move quickly.
    • I will spend my time very efficiently.
    • I will firm up all StickerNation and Unamerican operations – possibly hiring Zack to further develop the sites and conduct SEO and other initiatives.
    • I will install systems to track metrics.
    • I will be keenly aware of my ROA.
  • 7. Return On Assets
    • Many of my assets confer capabilities
      • Tools of the media trade I have acquired
      • Information, ideas, best practices
    • While these are only intangible assets, they supercharge return on real assets
    • I must arrange what resources I can muster to reconquer my market share
    • I must see all projects as a total system
  • 8. A Total System
    • We must create a memetic generational movement and capture the imagination of worldwide youth
    • We must drive our ideological rivals crazy with amazing ideas that are designed to trump their militarism
    • We must change the way we work here in the USA and forge new frontiers of intellectual property & advancement
