  4. 4. The biggest pro or plus side to doing this it's time<br />that it may be able to save. If you weren’t able to<br />place a call, you'll likely have to see the<br />establishment in question, drop off a resume, or<br />fill in employment application. <br />
  5. 5. This will take up a considerable amount of your<br />time and energy, especially if it turns out the<br />employer involved isn’t even hiring today.<br />
  6. 6. Simply placing call, prior to going with the<br />application, will help you save time. If the employer<br />you contacted isn’t hiring, your time and energy<br />may be better spent concentrating on those people<br />who are.<br />
  7. 7. Many employers get that it is waste of their time to<br />reply to calls from hopeful job seekers. <br />Many employers even get frustrated if they are<br />hiring and hopeful applicants contact them for<br />further information. <br />

  11. 11. Many employers will advertise the truth that they're<br />hiring, either through an advert in a newspaper’s<br />employment section, using a career hunting or job<br />hunting website, or by placing a now hiring join the<br />window of the building.<br />
  12. 12. Look for employers advertising work rather than<br />asking them cold, otherwise you may risk looking<br />desperate.<br />
