  5. 5. the most famous food at Easter in Pontecorvo are the “casata” and the “canescioni” . <ul><li>It Is made with a lot of eggs, chocolate </li></ul><ul><li>and sheeps milk cheese . </li></ul><ul><li>The “casata” is divided into two layers: </li></ul><ul><li>the first is of choccolate </li></ul><ul><li>and the second one of eggs. </li></ul><ul><li>It is eaten on Ester day. </li></ul>Casata
