In the same vain, being emotionally intelligence is the combination of ur IQ and ur technical expertise is wat will help in any chosen profession. Example of IQ is testing ur knowledge about what you know and TE is the skillls that you have. IQ and technical expertise gets you to the door of a company but Emotional Intelligence keeps you there
