  • In work environment when you have people from different backgrounds and influences you will meet people who exhibit different behavioral pattern. Your EI now determines how you build successful relationships.
  • If you are four times as emotionally intelligent as a leader, you are bound to exhibit overall success in business or other aspect of life. In the same vain, being emotionally intelligence is the combination of ur IQ and ur technical expertise is wat will help in any chosen profession. Example of IQ is testing ur knowledge about what you know and TE is the skillls that you have. IQ and technical expertise gets you to the door of a company but Emotional Intelligence keeps you there
  • All components of a successful EI consciousness, stems from Self awareness. Since everything regarding how you relate with people involves a continuous assessment of the “you in you”.
