    This talk is NOT about
    Spiritual liberation
    Didactic teaching
    How “bloomy” I am 
    ……So What IS it about?
    Sharing some lessons I have learned along my journey of becoming a librarian almost 4 years ago…
  • 3. The journey started in 2007….
  • 4. The journey continued in 2008 -2009….
  • 5. Where would my attitude have led me to?
    Quit and look for my next “dream” job
    Stay but with a grumpy heart
    OR, should I pause for a second and think through the following questions?....
  • 6. What are my honest answers to the following questions?
    Am I really a big fish in a small pond? Really?!
    Is there really a dream job out there? Really?!
    Are my current situations really that bad? Really?!
  • 7. My light-bulb moment….
    “Bloomwhere you’re planted”
    Adaptability
    Honest and realistic self-evaluation
    Perseverance & patience
  • 8. A new fresh look at my job….
  • 9. With My Journey Goes On….
    I wish that one day I would
    Bloom where I am planted!
