Brainwashed By The World Laws/regulations/education/advertisements, etc. brings forth change in man’s changing standards. Societal views today regarding smoking are in complete contrast with those of 50 years ago. Many teenagers – in the name of being their “own person” – adopted the punk or gothic looks; tattoos, or various body piercings.

Brainwashed By The World In other words, the worldly are brainwashed with its own set of mind altering doctrines. It is propaganda – right or wrong according to the standard by which we live – that persuades a society to think differently than it had previously. So, in the loose sense of the word, we are all brainwashed one way or another, what should we believe? The first part of the answer: Do not be conformed to this world. Rom. 12:2a

Conclusion The people of this world will never change until they accept the life-changing doctrine of Jesus Christ. Such a profound change can only come to those who are “washed” in the blood of Jesus and have their minds “renewed” each day the words of Jesus.
