About the LV Digital Media Awards
The LVIMA Digital Media Awards event has become an annual occasion with last year’s creative work exceeding
70 submissions. This year, for its 5th award competition, LVIMA is opening the contest to all Las Vegas
businesses and has teamed up with Wendoh Media (944 and Seven Magazine) to bring the valley an annual
awards banquet showcasing the finest in Las Vegas digital media creative and advertising efforts.
The call-for-entries begins in October with the award-winning announcements held December 9th at Cili – Bali
Hai Golf Club. This event for Las Vegas is an unprecedented media occasion, celebrating the digital creativity
amongst our community of marketing professionals.
In addition, a portion of all proceeds this year will be donated to the “Through the Eyes of a Child Foundation”
whose mission is to provide cultural, athletic and educational scholarships to abused, abandoned and
neglected children who are currently or former wards of the state (foster children), encouraging them to reach
their potential and provide hope for a successful future.
We are expecting a record number of entries to be submitted this year, with celebrity media judges awarding
the best of the best in 10 categories.
Attendance for the occasion is expected to exceed 150 attendees. Your support in this special event will assist
LVIMA in hosting one of Vegas’ most sought after occasions, provide an invaluable presence for your company
amongst the professional marketing community and go toward a good cause.

The following is a list of sponsorship opportunities for your business to participate. Each placement represents
an exclusive presence at the event. This is your opportunity to have your company in front of the valley’s top
media executives and marketing professionals!
Perhaps the most sought-after presence for sponsors each year is for their logo or
company name engraved on the ten trophies awarded to participants. This
positioning is a permanent fixture on the awards handed to the best-of-the-best in Las
Vegas for their digital creative executions.
Establish your company and brand directly in the path of the most popular cocktail
locations at the event. In addition, we’ll create a special beverage in honor of your
sponsorship with the recipe featured on guest programs! This is an exclusive
presence for your company and sure to be a topic of guest conversation.
All attendees will be directed to utilize the valet parking services at the entrance to Cili
on the night of the event. Your company will have an exclusive signage presence and
the opportunity to leave information or business cards with each valet parking guest.
Your company will be artistically displayed in front of every attendee and be the
‘center’ of attention during dinner. Professional centerpieces with party favors will be
created around a specific theme inline with the service your company provides. You
will work directly with a Committee Chair member in order to design the ultimate
centerpiece to fit the event and your company’s presence!
If you’ve ever attended a premier event in Vegas, then you know that “Step-and-
Repeats” are considered a standard. Your company logo will be featured with LVIMA,
Wendoh Media and the Awards logo on the step-and-repeat sign at entry. Guests will
be asked to step in front of the board with their pictures taken. Pictures will be posted
on LVDMA.com as well as distributed amongst national news groups in an online press
release. This is an opportunity to increase brand awareness amongst professionals
across the country.
Naturally there will be pictures… and lots of ‘em! All photos of the event will be
provided to the sponsor for them to post on their company website or Facebook page.
The entire membership database of LVIMA and post-event awareness will be driven to
the sponsor’s Website to view the photos of the occasion. Sponsors for this position
may also choose to include a watermark logo on each image so they will be seen by
users and browsers of search engine images for years to come!
Big events aren’t so big without party favors. The sponsoring company may create
unique favors/gifts featuring their company logo. If you have an idea for a great party
favor (such as balloons, inflatables, flash drives, etc) then this category is for you.
Sponsors will be asked to provide $2000 or the equivalent in party favor value.
Event programs featuring the evening’s content, award categories, charity information
and more will be designed and printed for each guest. Your company’s brand will be a
primary feature of the program with locations on the cover and each page within. A
full feature article about the sponsor will be presented on the back page.
Each attendee will be seated with a place card on the table. Place cards will be
presented front-and-center with the opportunity for your company logo or brand to
have a prominent presence.
The sponsor of this category will be featured throughout the evening of presentations
and video. Sponsors may either donate their own equivalency in production services
or provide this funding for LVIMA to produce two videos. Logo presence will be
positioned on presentation slides and video montages produced for the event.
