      • Definition of positioning and key external messages
        • Focus of SOS Morocco will continue to be on Child Sex Tourism, where child is defined as a minor and tourism is related to foreigners visiting Morocco.
        • SOS Morocco is a non political, non religious and non profit organization. While the efforts of the organization will be to discourage sex tourism in Morocco, the organization will also promote alternative programs involving arts and industry based tourism for Morocco.
      • Definition of programs and blue print
        • For 2007 and 2008, SOS Morocco’s agenda will be focused on Awareness programs.
        • All funds raised by SOS Morocco will be invested in programs to raise awareness aiming to reach the appropriate target audience defined by the board.
        • While some of SOS Morocco’s awareness programs will be self initiated others will be in support of existing local or international organizations.
