Ingredients for 6 people : strawberries Biscuits Gelatin Raspberry juice Sugar cream Natural yoghurt Eggs Raspberries Salt . 125g strawberries . 125g raspberries . 5 leaves of gelatin . 4 tablespoons of cream . 4 egg whites . 1 pinch of salt . 500g of natural yoghurt . 4 tablespoons of sugar . 30 slim & tall biscuits . 3. Step 1 Soak the leaves of gelatin in a bowl of cold water . kjn ,b ,nklj
4. Step 2 : Put the bowl with cream into a big pan filled with water. Take 4 tablespoons of cream and put them in a bowl .
5. Step 3 : Wring the gelatin and add it to the cream, mix until it is melted . vjhv
6. Don’t use this ! Use this ! Step 4 : Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff. jnb

9. Step 8 : When the mixture is mixed well, add the raspberries. R(yu Y’( hgvhk
10. Step 9 : Soak the biscuits in the raspberry juice.

12. Step 11 : Fill half the mold with the mixture, up to the middle.
