  1. 1. Welcome to CHADARO • Shree Trikutaa Square Meals (P) Limited was formed with a dream of offering home cooked quality food for busy professionals and outstation students in Mumbai and Thane. The company offers Vegetarian and Jain Veg food only in disposable PP sealed plates, under its brand “Chadao Taza Tazaa” a venture for all the true food lovers.
  2. 2. • CHADARO‟s emphasis is on Indian ethnic food and dedication to sustainable development. Additionally the unit would employ experienced, qualified and trained staff. The company believes in delivering nutritious meals at the doorstep of customers. We have Tiffin services with meal plans offering them the ‘Ghar ka Khana’ experience starting from Rs. 45 only. • At Chadaro, regular competitions are held among the cooking staff to innovate new dishes. The winning dish is then made adaptable and is inculcated by Mr. Dippak Lodhha in the regular meals thus giving new authentic dishes to the customers

MARKETING STRATEGY • Current market situation analysis- Increasing need for tiffin services since most have come down from their native village to work in Mumbai. • More than 2000 lunch boxes get delivered by dabbawala‟s everyday. • We offer not only lunch but also breakfast and dinner. • Beyond using good quality veggies and spices, there are more factors that decide how „healthy‟ it is: Cooking process: We don‟t overcook veggies which can deplete them of some nutrients Oil quality: Oil used is of good quality or it may not only spoil the taste of food but can be dangerous to the health also. Spices: Usage of spices quality and quantity both matters.
