        • Is the site navigation consistent throughout the site? Can I easily navigate back to the home page?

        • Do we have social networking tools integrated to make it easy for visitors to share opportunities with others?
        • Is our site easily bookmarked?
        • Do we offer resume parsing and extraction?
        • According to Monster.com, visitor to applicant conversion goes up as much as 20% with the inclusion of parsing.
