      We will now show how you can apply to the following examples:

      • compliance issues
      • retail product knowledge

      Use SPRINT! games to engage the trainees in relatively dull and try topics.
    6. Learning topics related to policies
    7. Ask questions that requires one to know the information in a certain policy
      Use [INFO] to add a link to open up the policy.
      Trainee opens up the policy to search for the answer
      Trainee has limited time to search. Skill to scan and search is being trained.
    8. Let the trainee learn from feedback.
      Was the answer right? Give reasons for the right answer.
      Was the answer wrong? Let trainee know why it was wrong and what the right answer should be.
      Link again to the policy so that reflection can take place.
    9. Top tips!
      • Are you using this in a blended learning environment? Then allow the student to study the policies beforehand.
      • By shortening the time allowed for [INFO], the trainee will learn to scan the document faster. Do this gradually.
      • View performance reports to track on trainee progress.

      Ask questions relating to product characteristics.
      Use [INFO] to add a link to open up the information source.
      Enhance knowledge retention through game repetition.
      Ideal to add MP games.

      • Use mnemonic strategies in helping trainees remember product characteristics.
      • Enhance memory retention through repetition. Encourage trainees to repeat the games and offer reward for the highest score.
      • Perfect to combine SP with MP games so that teams can compete.

    15. Create a short mp3 file with tel. recording from a client asking for product details.
      Trainee listens to client request and clicks on [INFO] to search for the answer.

      • Use link feature to open up audio/video/ any sources from the internet.
      • Skills are improved over repeated practice.
      • Start easy by allowing more time to repeat the audio recording, and information search.
      • Increase challenge by shortening the time gradually.
