Blue Solar, LLC (“Blue Solar”) warrants to the first consumer purchaser (“Customer” or “Purchaser”) that the SolarDock®
aluminum frame housing (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as described below under
normal installation, application, use and service conditions, for a period of twenty five years from date of original purchase.
Blue Solar will, at its option, either repair the defect or replace the defective Product or part thereof with a new or
remanufactured equivalent at no charge to the Purchaser for parts or labor. SolarDock liability for any damages shall be
limited to the total price paid for the product under purchase order. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage
from accident, negligence, misuse, acts of God, and is voided by failure to have the Product installed according to Blue
Solar’s written SolarDock Installation Manual by an authorized installer or failure to operate or use the Product in accordance
with instructions and warnings contained in the Installation Manual, or if the Product has been modified, repaired, or
reworked in a manner NOT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY BLUE SOLAR, LLC IN WRITING. Blue Solar makes no
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship by component parts manufacturers for component parts including but
not limited to batteries, PV modules, inverters, transformers, disconnects, and data acquisition components. Warranties, if
any, for these products may be available through Customer’s authorized installer or contractor. SolarDock shall in no way be
liable for incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage in connection with the SolarDock product. This Limited
Warranty is voided if the Product is moved or relocated after the original installation.
To activate this warranty, send the completed Final Inspection Audit Checklist and Warranty Registration Form to SolarDock
at PO Box 711, Wilmington, DE 19899 (USPS) or 201 W 14th
St, Suite 101, Wilmington DE, 19801 (UPS/FedEx).
When a warranty form is submitted, SolarDock reserves the right to send a representative to inspect the system to make sure
the system was properly installed. If SolarDock representative finds errors in system installation then system Warranty will
not be activated until errors are fixed.
If a warranty claim is submitted, SolarDock will send a representative to inspect the system, diagnose the problem, and fix (if
deemed necessary). If the problem is found to not be of material nature, and one caused by the site or installer error, then
claimant will be responsible for all costs associated with SolarDock’s representative’s inspection (including, but not limited
to, time, travel expenses, material, or any other expense associated with inspection).
The Limited Warranty described herein is in addition to whatever implied warranties may be granted to Purchasers by law.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE
ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIOD(S) FROM THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE SET FORTH ABOVE. SOME STATES
DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Neither the sales personnel or the seller nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described
herein, or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the time periods described above on behalf of Blue Solar.
The warranties described herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranties granted by Blue Solar and shall be the sole and
exclusive remedy available to the Purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period(s) of time described
herein, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Blue Solar to the Purchaser with respect to
the Product and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or
otherwise. In no event shall Blue Solar be liable, or in any way responsible, for any damages or defects in the Product which
were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized service provider. NOR SHALL
BLUE SOLAR BE LIABLE OR IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
ECONOMIC OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURIES OR DEATH. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY
OR DEATH, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH
VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

How To Activate the SolarDock Warranty
