    2. DEMOGRAPHICS  The total population of Singapore as of 2008 is 4.84 million. Out of which 3.64 million are Singaporean citizens and permanent residents known as "Singapore Residents".   Various Chinese ethnic groups form 75.2% of Singapore's residents.  Malays form 13.6%.   Indians form 8.8%.  Eurasians, Arabs and other groups form 2.4%.

All the 9 people working at the drinks stall love their jobs and work in shifts to cover all 24 hours of the day •Priorities - Fast delivery of food. Maximizing his profits. Good service to make sure customers keep returning. •Contribution - He does his part to get in a roughly $2000 daily revenue into the manager’s chain of coffee shops
