    @i2rohan - the role of the HBS article has been clearly acknowledged. To simplify a long article and put it into slides, is also an effort worth doing. Moreover, there is value ad beyond the article. And it so happens that the theory of the article is matched by the practical experience that we have working with brands. Believe me, there are few others at least in India, who can claim as much experience as we do, in this space.. and this is said matter of fact, and with all humility.
