Back to Basics <ul><li>Personalisation is a major initiative in Adult Social Care </li></ul><ul><li>Various themes… we are focusing primarily on Individual Accounts, and older people </li></ul><ul><li>People eligible for social care support can choose to have an individual account - this money can be used to achieve their agreed ‘outcomes’ </li></ul>
