Outcomes and outcome indicators <ul><li>Outcomes – the changes, benefits or other effects that happen as a result of what you do. </li></ul><ul><li>Outcome indicators – well defined pieces of information that can be assessed or measured to show whether outcomes have been achieved. </li></ul>
