  5. 5. SUMMARY:We report a 20 years old male with seizure secondary a Rhabdoid Meningioma (five years ago). Radical surgery was done.He didnt receive radiation therapy.Clinical and images during the next 5 years were normal.Since the last six months he present progressive neurological deficit (lefthemiparesis).New images show an intraxial lesion in the same palce were the meningioma wasresected.Spectroscopy show glioma patterns and behavior.A stereotactic biopsy its performed.First report: oligodendroglioma.Neuropathologysecond opinion:: Astrocitoma grade II.Your recommendations: 1-) radical surgery with neurophysiology monitoring 2-) awake surgery 3-) radiotherapy 4-) Follow up-,( progressive hemiparesis allow radical surgery After surgery:radiotherapy)
