endless. Human existence is value-laden. Ethics studies moral and ethical values. To be more precise, it
explores their origins (where do moral values arise), their nature (what is a moral value), their
justification (is it possible to determine that some moral values are better or worse than other moral

Technology Age. Some prominent works of philosopher Hans Jonas are devoted to ethics of technology.

Q. b) Corporate Culture
Answer: The benefits of a strong corporate culture are both intuitive and supported by social science.
Corporate culture is a beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company's employees and

company hires. A company's culture will be reflected in its dress code, business hours, office setup,
employee benefits, turnover, hiring decisions, treatment of clients, client satisfaction and every other
aspect of operations. Each culture is unique and myriad factors go into creating one, but I’ve observed at
least six common components of great cultures.

Q.7) Define Ethics. Discuss the relation of Ethics and Human Resources Management? (10 Marks)
Answer: Paying attention to business ethics is an important part of any business owner or manager's
job. The human resources function deals with a variety of ethical challenges; being the department that
deals directly with people employed by a company, HR includes numerous ethical pitfalls that can
damage a company's reputation or financial sustainability if not handled properly. Understanding the
importance of ethics in human resources is crucial for any business owner, whether in a local startup or
a multinational powerhouse.
Breaches of ethics in human resources can lead companies into a world of legal trouble, in both the civil
and criminal arenas. Breaches of ethics in the HR
Q.8) What is the role of Ethics in Marketing? (10 Marks) Answer:
Answer:Ideally, the role of ethics in marketing and advertising is to enable the creation of a trusting,
mutually-beneficial relationship between a company and its customers – a relationship that ultimately
drives a company’s financial success by reciprocally delivering value to customers. However, the
question as framed implies that ethics is a separate, detachable component – an optional subset, in
essence – of marketing and advertising. This historically persistent distinction has been the underlying
factor in the operations of companies who, in an economic utilitarian manner, have evaluated business
decisions on the basis of consequences for financial growth (and the accumulation of personal wealth)
rather than societal, ecological, and humanitarian
