To find out if the goals were met, the following analysis must be made: 1)Congruence Analysis – needs/goals of organization = needs/goals of instruction? 2) Content Analysis – are materials complete, accurate and current? 3)Design Analysis – do materials support learning, instruction and motivation? 4)Feasibility Analysis – are materials doable? Affordable?
