  • 4. Type Of Skin & Techniques to maintain it. Normal Skin Dry Skin Oily Skin Combination Skin Sensitive Skin
  • 5. NORMAL SKIN
    • As its type itself describes it that it is normal.
    • The skin which don’t have any colour variation throughoutit.
    • Oil excretionis on moderate level & if not taken care properly it can result acne or black or white heads.
  • 6. OILY SKIN
    • It is oily or greasy in nature
    • T hese types of skin also often not well textured.
    • It is because its pores are wide open which secrets oily liquid from it which in turn shows the shining on it.
  • 7. DRY SKIN
    • It has normally seen that dry skin show earl ageing signs like wrinkling out of the skin
    • The reason for dryness is that it has very small and closed pores.
    • This skin needs extensive moisturisation.
  • 8. COMBINATION SKIN
    • In this type of skin the skin shows the variation throughout the certain parts of it.
    • Some of it parts show the dry or normal skin some of its parts shows oily types whereas there are some area which show dry type.
    • As this type of skin shows variable skin areas it hs to be taken care in various ways.
  • 9. My skin type is oily
    • I wash my face thrice a day
    • I refresh my skin with rosewater in morning
    • After washing my face I apply moisturizing lotion
    • I use face packs after scrub
    • I use peach scrub on weekends
    • I use sunscreen lotion to protect my skin from harmful rays of sun

  • 13. My Hair Type is Rough Hair
    • At night, I apply warm hair, do massage for 20 minutes, and go for a bath before sleeping
    • I use shampoo for my hair thrice in week
    • I have started applying eeg so that my hair becomes silky
  • 14. QUE.4:-DRAW UP AN EXERCISE REGIME FOR YOURSELF IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATION?
    • My height is 6’2 inch & my weight is 65 kgs. I am under weight & this is not
    • Suitable for my height. So I have to gain
    • Weight so I am doing these exercise.
    • TYPES OF EXERCISES:-
    • Warm up:- jogging for 15 min.
    • Breathing:- Anulom vilom for 5 min.
    • Stretching:-for 10 min.
    • Aerobics:- exercise for 30 min.
    • Arm exercise:- 5 raps.
    • Shoulder exercise:- 5 raps.
    • Abs exercise:- 5 raps.
    • Mountain climbers:- 30 sec.
    • Cone lunges:-10-15 raps.
    • Bye shapes:- 5 raps. ETC.
    • Then I do breathing exercise for 5 minutes. I do these exercise daily.

Suitable Diet With Justification With A Weekly Menu 2 chapattis with vegetables and 1 plate rice with banana Fruit salad Rice with daal and chapattis with paneer and 1 apple Fruits juice 2 Egg with cheeze sandwich Wednesday 4Chapatis with leafy vegetable and 1 banana 2 banana 3 chapattis with vegetable and rice and apple Fruits juice 2 Egg wid milk Tuesday 4Chapatis with vegetable 2apple 2 chapattis with 2 vegetables and rice and apple Fruits juice 2 Egg with bread, cheese sandwich Monday 2 chapattis with daal and rice and 1 banana Fruit salad vegetables, rice and 2 chapattis with roasted chicken and papaya Fruits juice 2 Egg with milk Sunday Dinner Snacks Lunch Mid-Snacks Breakfast

    • A well groomed personality speaks volumes about your character.
    • We must always dress as per the occasion or requirement and not as per our desire.
