With a range of options, we moved to looking at the types of activities communities did to be together. Then we worked back out towards the tools. As we did this, we looked at a lot of the communities we worked with and noticed patterns of how this was happening. There were people who were paying particular attention to this intersection between tools and activities on behalf of their communities.
