3. AGM Group established eMaintain Ltd in 2008 as a unique
online solution for all maintenance projects. Through
registering their details at www.emaintain.co.uk, clients can
access immediate and live updates on the status of each of
their projects.
Following a competitive tender, AGM Group, has been
appointed by Capita Symonds for the office fit-out of the new
NHS Lanarkshire SALUS operation worth over £400,000. AGM
Group was successful in securing the contract based on their
track history of providing excellent levels of workmanship and
quality in delivery. The project takes place on Argyle St in the
heart of Glasgow City Centre.
The project includes the strip out of the existing Job Centre
property, adapting existing air conditioning, ventilation,
electrical and fire alarm systems. AGM Group will also install
acoustically enhanced partitioning, ceilings and door sets. The
office suites will also receive new plastering, decoration and
floor coverings and is due to be completed by the end of the
first week in May.
AGM Group has been appointed by Graham & Sibbald, on
behalf of Kilpatrick Property Group, to carry out the
refurbishment of the old Barclay Henderson car showroom and
garage in Ayr into a new Halfords Auto centre unit and MOT
service station. Development costs are in excess of £300,000
The project includes partnering with Network Rail to enable
access to the rear of the building Contractor, full strip out of the

4. existing asbestos cement roof, cladding, shop front, walls and
all internal work. Following completion of this preparatory
work, AGM Group will replace the roof using Kingspan
composite roof panels and cladding.
AGM Group will also build a new extension to the property, a
further two vehicle entrance doors, new brickwork, concrete
pit infills, new drainage, a new DDA compliant toilet, new
electrical system, redecoration and new asphalt yard surface
and car park lining all within an eight week development
programme.
