(2) Candidates are represented by the first employment agency to submit the
candidate’s CV to the Employer through our site. If the candidate was previously
submitted by another agency or source, you may not be eligible for a Placement
Fees.
(3) You agree that you will make all necessary efforts to properly screen each candidate
and confirm that they are eligible for the posted vacancy and are willing to work in
the said position before submitting their CVs.
