  • 1. Mouth is one of the organs in the human body which demands a lot of care and hygiene. Oral care alone takes up 50% of the overall care given to the body. A great oral cavity will allow people to smile, laugh, talk and shout with lots of freedom and joy.
  • 2. Brush and Floss The golden rule towards maintaining oral hygiene is to floss once and brush twice every day. It is important to use fluoridated toothpaste and take at least 2 to 3 minutes to brush the teeth.
  • 3. Rinse the mouth after meals Rinsing the mouth with clean water or using an anti-bacterial rinse will be ideal to prevent decay, gum problems and neutralizing acidic components.
