Previously the UK MoD policy lead for Simulation and Chair of the NATO Modelling and Simulation Group, Andy is a leading proponent of modern digital technologies, games and increased use of simulation in training. Prior to leaving the UK MoD in 2012, he was the lead author of the Defence Review simulation paper and the architect of the new enterprise-level approach to Defence training and education capabilities.
