A small introduction • Put your name on the back of the paper • DRAW – Something typical about your country of origin – Something you enjoy (food, activities…) Trainer collects, and redistributes at random. Go around the circle, guess who drew this. Where are they from, and what do they like?4

Priorities • Take a look at your current workload • Divide it into the Priority Grid • Max. 5 items in each of the top 2 squares -> What will you drop? -> What will you be able to give more focus to?9

Priorities • Take a look at the priorities of your department (in teams) • Make a grid • All grids are anonymous and will be handed over to the team leaders afterwards10
