Download a screenplay from simplyscripts.com 2. Identify the mood, atmosphere, genre and key information in the first 2-3 pages 3. On a sheet of paper design and outline the “look” of the film and any specific techniques you will use 4. Plan your shots and draw small thumbnails on post-it notes. Experiment with the order of your shots. Remove, add, swap the order of shots. What effect does this have on the story?
