Email Marketing dashboard for Chicago AMA (7.1.2010 – 6.30.2011). Benchmark set for the communications team, led by Alex Yates, was to increase open rate on e‐mails by 5%, from 17% to 22%. Achieved an average of 50% open rate by sending out emails on consistent days and times for predictable, reliable communications. Also, Alex designed new email templates which branded the messaging and aligned it with the new website re-launch. Alex directed comm team volunteers to re-purpose emails onto social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter which drove CTRs and overall interest in membership.
