    Applicant fills out online application and enters contact information; name, address, phone number
    Applicant enters qualifications; education and work history
    Applicant enters skills, certificates received, training courses completed
    Applicant provides references
  • 6. Profile matches between position and applicant
    Applicant is put in a pile to be contacted
    Applicant performs assessment testing
