JerseyCat+ staff ALWAYS goes to free lenders first. </li></ul>

Inter-State Pilot Group <ul><li>Other pilot libraries are in the states of Connecticut, Kansas and Wisconsin. </li></ul><ul><li>Pilot began on October 5, 2009 </li></ul><ul><li>Pilot will end on April 1, 2010 </li></ul><ul><li>Libraries that are participating are lending free, renewing materials one time if needed. </li></ul>
