  • The Texas Campus STaR Chart is a tool designed for use in the technology planning, budgeting for resources, an devaluation of progress in local technology projects. It is an online resource tool for self assessment to show how a school and district effectively integrates technology across the curriculum.The Texas Teacher STaR Chart is to be completed by all individual teachers.
