    • But apparently, they say we have to go back to 1598 in Texas, Texans history to know that this actually occurred in little “San Elizario, a community near El Paso.”

    • But Thanksgiving was really a multicultural community event. “If it had been about family, the Pilgrims never would have invited the Indians to join them.” Today, family is important.

    • But on the contrary, we were informed that, the “Puritans welcomed laughter and dressed in bright colors” and this is seen as a symbol of happiness and fun. Joy and fun mean a lot to us in our celebrations.
