Standard risk management often fails to respond to social media risks. This session will put in plain words the greatest social media risks and highlight some real examples. This session has the focus of discussing the main risks and issues that are emerging with the use and introduction of social media at work. Based on my personally developed problem lifecycle I will explain how you can assess where in the crisis development you are and what level of influence you still have. With social media it is the case if you wait too long the problem is literally out of your hand. This makes social media risks so particular. The reaction to these risks is usually measured in hours when not minutes.
